OK I am revisiting the certbot site just to be sure, thanks for all your help
Hi just to let you know I rollback the certbot from all the domains and reinstall certbot for 2 separated certificates for each of the domain extension, and it is working now after reinstall and restart both Nginx and clear history of pages.
