SSLs are not being removed by the letsencrypt certificate manager

My domain is:mail.swat.co.il (i sue the same certifictae for multiple domains in smartermail )

I ran this command:i use Certify The Web auto renew

It produced this output: it creates and assign the new certificate to the iis smarter mail project, but it does not remove old certificates from the server and after some time an error is being thrown from mail clients that the cerificate expired

My web server is (include version): windows server 2016 datacenter

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):iis 10

My hosting provider, if applicable, is:hosting.com

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know):dont know

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):no, i use RDP

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you’re using Certbot):certify the web 4.0.11.0

While I don’t use Certify, they do have their own community forum where several subscribers had asked about this same thing.

I noticed that your version is a bit behind the current stable version at https://certifytheweb.com/: 4.1.6.
