my certifications are installed and i cand use them in nginx but fails if i check in the websites doing SSL check, i reinstalled my vps around 4 times and started from zero every time, i have duplicated certifications and i no longer have the old files just the new ones, what i can do to fix that? can i contact support?

For testing, please use the staging environment, which does not have certificate issuing rate limit.
