SSL not working on Downscaling the VM

My domain is torqcart.net and www.torqcart.net

I downscaled the AWS VM today and did not change any of the files and locations and my SSL has stopped working.

Can somebody help to identify and fix the issue.

Hi @hitesh,

There is no problem with your certificate or HTTPS connection. Your Let’s Encrypt certificate is still fine.

This problem is a web server error. Something needs to be fixed inside your web server configuration.

In particular, the error message “You don’t have permission to access / on this server.” was served correctly over a secure HTTPS connection authenticated by a Let’s Encrypt certificate!

I restarted the apache service and it started working. Is there any possible cause for this behaviour?

apache loads the certificates at startup so that might be something to do with it

the question you are asking is kind of like i hurt please fix me

provide more technical details with some proof if you want a more solid answer
