SSL not valid on PC but ok on mobile and laptop

i am getting this message this certificate is not valid (expired root) I dont know what to do.

Is this an issue with the certificate authority or how the ssl certificate is setup? I assume its not CA but would appreicate any advice?

SSL checker said The Certificate is not issued by DigiCert, GeoTrust, Thawte, or RapidSSL. Also Insecure TLS ciphers supported by the server. Not sure if that helps

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.
