SSL Error when i hit certbot --apache

And how i can fix it?
Under /etc/ssl/certs i have this two ISRG Root X1 Certs

ISRG_Root_X1.1.pem
ISRG_Root_X1.pem

I have to delete it?

Very annoying error...
