SSL Accessibility Issues Outside of China and ICP License Status

Hello Let’s Encrypt Community,

I am currently facing an issue with my website, stitch-it.cn(web hosting), stitch-it.cloud(api server) related to its SSL accessibility in China. Here are some details that might be relevant:

1.SSL Configuration:
• issued certificate with this command below
---- sudo certbot certonly --manual --preferred-challenges dns -d stitch-it.cn
• The SSL setup only works in my test environment in Korea and appears to be accessible from within China.
2. ICP License Status:
• My ICP license is currently under evaluation. I am concerned that this might be affecting accessibility or causing my domain to be blocked or partially accessible.

Questions:
1. SSL Accessibility in China:
• Is there a way to verify if my ssl certificate is functioning correctly specifically for users in China?
• Could the ongoing evaluation of my ICP license be affecting the SSL accessibility or the overall accessibility of my website in China?

2. Troubleshooting Steps:
• Are there any recommended steps or tools I can use to diagnose and resolve potential SSL issues specifically in China?
• Has anyone experienced similar issues with SSL accessibility during their ICP license evaluation period?

I appreciate any insights or suggestions the community can provide.
Thank you in advance for your help!

It is not just SSL (HTTPS) access that is affected. Even HTTP is being blocked.

The Let's Debug site ( Let's Debug ) uses HTTP to test connections and it shows a web page with this on it

Non-compliance ICP Filing

This Alibaba page explains the ICP process. You did not say who your hosting service was but your DNS servers look like Alibaba's

None of this is really related to Let's Encrypt itself. And, I don't know anything more than what I learned from this test and a google search. It sounds like you have to wait until your ICP filing is complete but I am just guessing.
