Revisiting dns-account-01 support

Hi all, apologies for opening a new topic. The earlier thread is closed, so I hope it is alright to ask again a few months on:

Since February, two publicly trusted CAs now offer dns-account-01 in production:

Given that the Boulder implementation contributed by Certainly is already in place, may I ask whether Let's Encrypt would be open to enabling dns-account-01, and if so, whether anything in particular is still standing in the way?

As far as I know, this is still Let's Encrypts last public statement on the topic:

Nevermind, that was about dns-persist-01, not account-01. I'm not sure what the current plans for account-01 are.
