Because I see your website is currently using a certificate from ZeroSSL that expired Jan24.
You got 4 certificates from Let's Encrypt yesterday and today. But, your server is not configured to use them. You also have a cert from TrustAsia that you could use but are not.
Because you got 4 certs you must have fixed the problem shown in your first post.
