As is explained by the Duplicate Certificate Limit link in the error message you are only allowed 5 certs with the exact names in one week. You already got 5 production certs today and you should use one of those. That link also describes a possible work-around.
I can see from your history (in censys.io) that you are using the Staging system for some testing. That is great. But, you also can see your 5 production certs from today
