Hi,

Can you help me to renew my certificate for unajmiiznajmi.me

My domain is: unajmiiznajmi.me

I ran this command:

It produced this output:

My web server is (include version): I use Sharedhosting on menet.me hosting reseller with shared IP address 5.100.154.160

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): Linux shared hosting

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: Menet.me

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I donā€™t know): I donā€™t know

Iā€™m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): Cpanel 78.0.20

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if youā€™re using Certbot):

Thanks in advance.

Run it as root / sudo. And add e

where can i find documentation.

Possibly unrelated (but possibly related), Ubuntu 14.04 has been offically out of support and cut off from security updates without a paid subscription since April. 14.04.5 isnā€™t even the last release, that would be .6. Itā€™s sometimes an enormous pain to transition servers, but it might be time to start fresh with a new image; that might magically fix your LE issues, or it might not, but itā€™ll certainly keep you safer online.
