Hi @Joris

checking your domain - there is a new certificate - https://check-your-website.server-daten.de/?q=qivens.myqnapcloud.com#ct-logs

Issuer not before not after Domain names LE-Duplicate next LE
Let's Encrypt Authority X3 2020-02-20 2020-05-20 qivens.myqnapcloud.com - 1 entries duplicate nr. 1
Let's Encrypt Authority X3 2019-12-02 2020-03-01 qivens.myqnapcloud.com - 1 entries

Created yesterday. But your domain is invisible, only timeouts. That's ok, if it isn't a public website.

Check your device if the certificate is installed. If yes, ignore the mail.

Perhaps that client renews the certificate very late.
