@jsha Bumping this thread, as is seems that GitHub (or their CDN provider) may be trying to start using Let’s Encrypt for custom domains hosted on GitHub Pages (as two certificates for domains hosted on GitHub Pages were logged to CT and they are “live”). How does rate limit increases work?
