I am working on a request to translate Let's encrypt pages to Belarusian:
The problem is that plotly apparently does not support the Belarusian language:
There is no such a thing as plotly-locale-be.js
What are we going to do about it?

A) Open an issue ticket and wait for - or submit - a PR against plotly.
B) figure out another library to replace it, and issue a PR that implements it. This is likely several magnitudes more work.

Default to another language for Plotly?
Not sure what you expect of the Community though
