That only appears to be a snippet of your configuration, we’ll need the port 80 vhost too. I am unable to check if this is a first issuance of a renewal since you didn’t post your domain.

I didn’t configure the web server. I am here to install letsencrypt certificate to their server, but I couldn’t. Here are the outputs you asked me below

You should probably create a vhost config for the name you would like to cover first and then enable it with TLS.

i added 443 vhost and yet still working
