Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.
My domain is: pisausa.com
I ran this command:
It produced this output:
My web server is (include version):
The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):
My hosting provider, if applicable, is: GoDaddy
I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): I don’t know
I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): I don’t know
When I open Outlook 2016, I get a popup that the certificate has expired or is not yet valid for my domain. I am the only employee who receive this alert out of many employees for this company. I have tried creating a new Outlook profile and even setting up my email on a different computer and the same error pops up no matter what. Not sure why my email is the only one receiving this error but I have reached out to all companies that are involved in my domain (GoDaddy, Microsoft, AppRiver) and they all tell me to come here. I reached out to security@letsencrypt.org and they explained that they don’t offer support so now I am reaching out to the community hoping someone knows why my email in particular is experiencing this issue.
Thank you all in advance
