Our customers are in SAP systems, and oftentimes they require the trust of a certificate chain individually. This works fine enough; we have a KB article that points our customers to the LetsEncrypt certs that need to be trusted and they comply.
However, with the most recent changes with the YR certificates, I didn't see any notification of it, and so when our certs automatically regenerated, our customers hadn't received proactive notification from us on those updates and were unprepared.
My question is: what is the appropriate channel to be notified of these changes going forward? I thought I was subscribed to all the appropriate channels but it's clear I wasn't.
The API announcements channel is the correct channel to watch.

Thanks, all! I think this was just a timing issue on my part. I subscribed after the last set of announcements, and missed their effective dates. I'm subscribed to that channel and to the mailing list (as of today) so I should be covered going forward.
