I ordered an SSL certificate from a site and can't complete the validation because I don't have a hostmaster email address. It doesn't work via DNS either because the domain host doesn't provide DNS.

Let's Encrypt does not use email addresses for validation purposes.

You may need to ask Strato
Your domain uses an Apache server. It is using a valid certificate from Let's Encrypt which is a wildcard certificate. These are often harder to setup so Strato probably did that for you. The certificate expires today so you should contact them soon.
If you ran something to get this certificate then please describe what you did. Filling out forms on a website is not the usual way to get a Let's Encrypt certificate

Das Problem ist dass es bei uns jemand anderer gemacht hat, der jenige ist vor einigen Monaten leider verstorben. Ich habe nicht viel Ahnung davon und die Seite gehört einem Freund von mir der auch momentan leider nicht viel Ahnung von hat und leider verhindert ist.
Es tut mir leid, das zu hören. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten, Zertifikate zu erhalten. Hunderte Möglichkeiten.
Ohne weitere Einzelheiten zu kennen, befürchte ich, dass wir nicht viel mehr tun können.
Möglicherweise muss Ihr Freund irgendwo eine neue Website einrichten, die zuverlässigen Support bietet.

Standardmäßiges 2048-Bit-RSA-Zertifikat von Let's Encrypt.
