SSLCertificateKeyFile /etc/pki/tls/private/localhost.key

There you see the usage of your "localhost" - certificate.

Use

certbot certificates

to find the informations of one of your certificates, replace SSLCertificateFile and SSLCertificateKeyFile, reload your server.
