Correct. Home Assistant is listening on port 8123, so the router will forward 443 to 8123. And yes, if I modify this port forwarding I can't access anymore my Home Assistant, but just the time to renew the certificate. At least I'll not be able to switch on my home domotic devices for some minutes (like lights, air conditioner, etcc..), btw, that's not a big problem
