My certificate expired and now it is impossible to renew it

Hi, I am using a Centos Web Panel. Is is a great web panel, and I can install the “auto ssl” in one click. But now my certificate expired. Now, when I go to renew I have the problem and it is not renew.

How can I fix it?
I have try to install in another VPS, but the message is the same. :frowning:

This is typically the result of a web server configuration or .htaccess file snippet that blocks hidden directories that start with a dot (.).

Did you change any configuration or install any web application that might contain an .htaccess file since you first got your certificate?

Unfortunately your website is inaccessible at the moment, so it's difficult to test for common problems. If you can make it accessible with your old expired certificate or a self-signed one it would be easier to debug.

I know the website is inaccessible, that is the problem :frowning:

I go to remove the .htaccess and move all files to another VPS.

An expired certificate doesn’t make your website completely inaccessible. If you did not do something to remove the certificate in your control panel, you probably have a bigger problem than an expired certificate.

Your control panel should make an error log available to you. Perhaps if you could share it with us it would reveal the real issue.
