Hi,

I’d like to create Japanese version of https://letsencrypt.org to spread LE on more Japanese engineers. (like https://ja.wordpress.org/ (Japanese WordPress.org))

Is there any plan for localized websites?

Not at the current time! We want to do this, but have other goals we need to hit first.
