Lets'Encrypt and Linux/Mageia

Hello !
Is it possible to use Lets’Encrypt on Mageia distrib ? This distribution use .rpm but tool is not yum nor dnf but urpmi ?

Yes, you can get Let’s Encrypt certs

You can manually install the official client ( certbot) or you can use one of the alternate clients
