Now try the same thing from the Internet:
openssl s_client -connect www.shentaichiacademy.co.uk:443 -servername www.shentaichiacademy.co.uk
manager@web-server:~$ openssl s_client -connect www.shentaichiacademy.co.uk:443 -servername www.shentaichiacademy.co.uk
connect: Connection refused
connect:errno=111
Yes, that is what I see (and what the entire Internet sees).
It looks like the firewall/router are not forwarding 82.24.161.12:443 to 192.168.0.2:443
Yes it appears that port forwarding is the issue, I will have to take a trip to the router and update the port forwarding to include 443.
Never done this SSL before and the retaliation just hit me.
I will get back to you and let you know when I have set up the router correctly.
I just feel like a dum ass now. Just so much worried about not getting it up and running I forgot the forwarding of the port.
Best of luck to you.
Cheers
Thank you for being so patent.
