First My Mistake is i Remove The SSL from Domain but after that i read tutorial and again Install Lets Encrypt SSL on my Apache server. But after that my website is not Working, it shows the error " This page isn’t working"

You would do well by having a closer look at their end-to-end TLS solutions.

That implies that CF is connecting to your site via HTTP and your site wants all connections to be via HTTPS.
But the HTTPS requests don't reach your site via HTTPS [as shown above - they are heard as HTTP and are being redirected by your server].
That is a misconfiguration you need to change at CF.
