We are a large hosting provider and use let's encrypt SSL for the client domain. We have allowed clients themselves to issue, renew the certificate by the use of certbot. Sometimes, we got a rate limit on retry failure or on issuing a new certificate. How can we manage
a) rate limits on issuing new certificates?
b) rate limits on renewing the certificate?
c) retry failure limits?
