We have the Let's Encrypt certificate, CN = R3, which expires on 09/15/2025. At this link Chains of Trust - Let's Encrypt there is no new R3. Which one should it be replaced with, or what is the procedure for obtaining it?

Because when Let's Encrypt issues a certificate it also provides the issuing intermediate.
R3 has not been used for a long time. Until recently either R10 or R11 were used for RSA certs. Last week those were retired and now R12 and R13 are used.
An HTTPS request to that domain returns a cert from GoDaddy.
