Let’s Encrypt Bot email shows different expiry dates to host

I’ve received some emails from the Let’s Encrypt bot saying the SSL certificates for some of my websites hosted by Cloudways are expiring soon. These expiry dates are different to what is shown in my Cloudways console.

For example, the email from Let’s Encrypt for FlexYourDigital.co.uk says it expires on 19 November 2019, but the Cloudways dashboard says 19 January 2020. For AndyChampness.co.uk the email says it expires on 29 November, but in Cloudways it says 25 December 2019. And for TheSupercarsCollective.com the email says 24 November, but in Cloudways it says 25 December 2019. I have spoken to a Cloudways agent and they have confirmed that the Cloudways dashboard is showing correctly. I also have ‘auto-renewal’ set on all my websites but I am concerned that the bot is not picking this up and showing different dates. Please can you look in to this and confirm which dates are correct.

Hi @_ac

please read the link shared in the mail:

No, that's not the content of the mail. The mail says: There is one certificate. But it says nothing about other certificates.

You have created different certificates, but if you use one, you don't need the other certificate.

Hi, using SSLShopper’s SSL Checker, I get the following result: Common name: flexyourdigital.co.uk
SANs: flexyourdigital.co.uk, www.flexyourdigital.co.uk
