If I run the certificate check with my web browser for "https://letsencrypt.org/" it states that the the Authority X3 expires in March 2021 and that the Root CA X3 in Sep 2021.
Q: When will Let's Encrypt provide a new Authority X3 and Root CA X3?
You can already request certificate signed with ISRG Root X1/Let’s Encrypt R3, we are still waiting for ISRG Root X2/Let’s Encrypt E1, to make for full ECDSA trust chain. However date when this will become default its i guess "soon". Date for this transition was moved couple of times already, last date was end of september (previous was mid 2019 if i remember correctly) and we are at the end of october now...
