Installing certbot on old 32-bit machine

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: https://elgin.link (You may prefer http)

I ran this command:
sudo snap install --classic certbot

It produced this output:
mxxxq@ASUSxxxxx:~$ sudo snap install --classic certbot
error: snap "certbot" is not available on stable but is available to install on the
** following channels:**

   edge snap install --edge certbot

Please be mindful pre-release channels may include features not completely
tested or implemented. Get more information with 'snap info certbot'.

My web server is (include version):
Server version: Apache/2.4.56 (Debian)
Server built: 2023-04-02T03:06:01
Server's Module Magic Number: 20120211:126
Server loaded: APR 1.7.0, APR-UTIL 1.6.1, PCRE 8.39 2016-06-14
Compiled using: APR 1.7.0, APR-UTIL 1.6.1, PCRE 8.39 2016-06-14
NOTE! Architecture: 32-bit
Server MPM: prefork
threaded: no
forked: yes (variable process count)

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):
Debian GNU/Linux 11
My hosting provider, if applicable, is:
ME!

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know):
YES!
I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):
NO!

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot):
-bash: certbot: command not found (well, of course!)

Have you tried this lately?:
sudo snap refresh

If so, then it may be tooooo old for certbot via snap.
if so, I'd suggest you try: acme.sh

If all else fails, you could put the whole thing behind a Raspberry Pi!
[at least they are 64 bits]

Some other options might be to try the pip installation instructions, or some other client. I might suggest lego, you should be able to just copy the binary for your architecture onto your server and just run it.
