Also here is a list of issued certificate crt.sh | nrbw.net, the latest being 2024-02-29.
How do you obtain those certificates?

Doesn't weebly handle the certificates for you? That's one of the advantages of buying a full-service hosting package.

You probably should first direct your question to their support.
