it's required to answer that question.

If you don't have root access, your options are limited. Then you may use only the control panel of your hoster.

Please ask your hoster if you have root access / Administrator privileges.

There is already a working Letsencrypt certificate:

Only problem: You don’t have a redirect http -> https.

@JuergenAuer Thanks for the reply sir. Actually we have migrated to a new server and i have turned off the http–>https redirection yesterday to check the working of our site . Do we have to do the renewal process manually after 90 Days or will it be done automatically ?

I don't know.

Check the documentation of the tool you have used. Then check your system if a daily job is created.
