Since, Digital ocean automatically set this up.
am unable to contact cloudflare directly and digital oceans not to have right to access my system or server
The "problem" isn't in your server(s).
CF is managing those IPs and certs.
- Speak with whomever to ensure CF is doing what you expect.
- Also ensure CF can pass the HTTP challenge requests through to your servers (so you can also get LE certs there).
