If the port forwarding is set up, there is no firewall on the router or the server, and the server is running, theoretically it should work. If it doesn't, there probably is a problem with one of these things.
Well maybe your ISP has some kind of firewall blocking incoming requests?

Because I cannot connect to your domain using HTTP (port 80). The https://letsdebug.net test site is helpful to debug connectivity problems.
