HTTPS site can't be accessed from Sweden

Hello,

I’m having trouble accessing my website’s HTTPS protocol from Swedish IP-addresses.
The site is https://www.ecommercepowerday.dk/

I also have another site(same SSL) where the same issue occurs.

This is screendump from a client with a Swedish IP-Address.

I get this error code when I try to access the site through a Swedish web proxy.
_"URL Error (0) : An error has occured while trying to browse through the proxy. _
Failed to connect to the specified host. Possible problems are that the server was not found, the connection timed out, or the connection refused by the host. Try connecting again and check if the address is correct."

Anyone know of the problem or a possible fix?

Is there a firewall with some blocked ips?

I do not have any problems either from Denmark… the problem occurs when you try to access the site from a Swedish IP-address.

Connection times out. I have updated the OP with a screendump received by a customer with Swedish IP address.

I get the following error code when trying from my own PC but through a Swedish web proxy.
_" URL Error (0) : An error has occured while trying to browse through the proxy. _

Doesn’t seem like my last reply to you worked. I have added a Screendump aswell a code error.

Does the http version works from there ?

(If the http is supposed to redirect to https, do you correctly received the redirect answer?)

You can use the network console of the browser to check that.

Yes, the HTTP version works. I have just now disabled the HTTP > HTTPS redirect as a temporarily fix for Swedish IPs.

And yes, I am positive that the redirect answer worked when it was enabled. E.g. I tested accessing the HTTP url, the problem only occurs for Swedish IP Addresses (atleast to my knowledge).

I guess you did test others https website with your proxy and it worked?

(I guess you are using PHProxy, right ?)

The site is being hosted on an IP in Russia and it seems to be known for malicious content:
https://www.virustotal.com/#/ip-address/185.165.123.206

So it may be blocked by your IPS…

Looks like the server is hacked.

A lot of urls with warnings.
