How to generate a purely manual SSL cert?

I just discovered this system and am very excited about it. I have generated many certs in the past from various issuers, so I’m fairly familiar with the process. But I cannot find any way to generate a cert from letsencrypt without installing certbot on my linux server. I really do not want to install certbot software. I want to generate the cert and install that myself through my WHM.

How can this be done?

The certs are only 90 days in duration, so manual issuance is not something that is encouraged.

there are a lot of other clients you can use.
