you can't create a Letsencrypt certificate with an ip address as domain name.

Add add domain name (or a subdomain of an existing domain), then the A-record

domainname -> ip address.

If you are the only user, you can use the self signed certificate.

Create an exception in your browser.

It's better if you use encryption.
