How to change DST Root CA X3 to ISRG Root X1 on windows and it's not working for ios 12 & 13 and for Android 7.

Folks here are going to need a bit more information in order to help you with this. It sounds like you run some sort of website on Windows. Is that right? What are the name(s) in your certificate? What ACME client did you use to get them? What web server are you using? Do you need to support Android users on versions prior to 7.1.1?
