You need to throw away any cert created for you by any site online.
You should always create your own cert from your own system [or allow the local ACME client to do so].

looked at it, i guess wordpress on cpanel
yes it's wordpress, but our web hostinig company says: I'm not allowed to run any certbot, they will install manually the certification if I send them the created cert files
try Certsage, it's made to be used in such hosting provider
