I've just created an CSR via csrgenrator[.]com.

acme client will handle csr generation please write where you want it so we can recomment one

You need to throw away any cert created for you by any site online.
You should always create your own cert from your own system [or allow the local ACME client to do so].

looked at it, i guess wordpress on cpanel

yes it's wordpress, but our web hostinig company says: I'm not allowed to run any certbot, they will install manually the certification if I send them the created cert files

try Certsage, it's made to be used in such hosting provider
