Hi I just received an email indicating to renew a certificate. The person in charge in no longer working for this company. We where not aware of this issue. How can I find out any information and renew asap. I don't have any information besides the name of certificate

Unfortunately, you're the only one able to provide (yourselve) the required information. We, as volunteers of this Community, can only try to guide you. There isn't any public information regarding these matters.
I think you'll need to find out a few things:
certbot, but other clients could be used too)By the way, I think you have bigger issues, as your site http://w.sloche.retail-url.com/ returns an empty page. And the HTTP page doesn't redirect to the HTTPS version of the site. Not that it would matter much, as the HTTPS version of your site is empty too.

... you successfully acquired a certificate for w.sloche.retail-url.com an hour ago and that certificate is installed properly.
Do you have access to your system or is it managed hosting?

Since your certificate is already installed and working properly, we don't really need any additional information from you. From your certificate history, it looks like you had autorenewal every 60 days working great for a while then missed in December, but succeeded in January before the certificate expired.
