Getting Timeout during connect from LetEncrypt but can connect from mutiple other external locations

My domain is: nvr.wilmettelibrary.info

My web server is (include version): Mutiple tested.

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: Xfinity

Using Certify The Web on Windows I keep getting a timeout error form Lets Encrypt. However I have had no problems loading the challenge url from multiple other ISP's.

Response from Certificate Authority: During secondary validation: 50.200.50.185: Fetching http://nvr.wilmettelibrary.info/.well-known/acme-challenge/FnoiEKbzZvPl8qvHCZeykZK7CDm0DWLbkzSekZIZpxI: Timeout during connect (likely firewall problem) [BadRequest :: urn:ietf:params:acme:error:connection]

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi @Jim1,

This Permanent link to this check report is showing mostly "Connection timed out" from around the world. Only 2 US sites are "OK".

That looks like it is probably the issue. I only tested from US addresses. I will have to look at the upstream routers and see if I can find any Geo rules.
