Given that devhomeit.ca is hosted with Cloudflare and has no A/AAAA records, I'm not sure what to make of the current state.
Looking over the certificate issuance history, it looks like your most recent certificate covers only *.devhomeit.ca where your previous certificate also covered devhomeit.ca. This would explain the expiration notice and might indicate problems going forward (with only subdomain names being covered by the current certificate).
