Failing to renew my ssl certificate

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: sip41.telco.co.zw

I ran this command: certbot renew

The DNS for this domain seems a bit “slapped-together”:

  • The co.zw zone only delegates telco.co.zw to the first three nameservers listed above (ns1, ns2, ns3).
While those three show five nameservers as authoritative (ns1, ns2, ns3, ns4, ns5).

  • None of the nameservers have IPv6 glue records (only the IPv4 records are glued).
