I’m kind of amazed by how he issued the cert…
Before today, all his cert issued has two dns names (www and root). However two cert he issued today only contains www or root domain.

please try this command
certbot --apache certonly -d deals4u.co.il -d www.deals4u.co.il
to get both domain covered in one cert.
