Error Provisioning TLS Certificate

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: mail1.kayfoam.co.uk

My web server is (include version): nginx

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): Ubuntu 14.04

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): Yes

I can manually update certificate but I get an email everyday say the the TLS Certificate can be provisioned automatically until I agree to the TOS. I must of missed something during the installation - how to I now agree to the TOS?

Who is the email sender and subject?

If not from LE then you need to speak with the sender.
Otherwise, and in general, the exact syntax may vary from client to client.
But try adding --agree-tos to the renewal command line.
If that fails, which client are you using and what version is it?

Thanks for the quick response. I have run certbot --agree-tos

No error came back so hopefully that will do the trick!
