Error on trying to register

Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

I have only 2 domains in godaddy...please advise

GoDaddy have limited their API to accounts which have 10 or more domains.

Suggestion: just keep godaddy as your registrar and move your DNS to cloudflare, that way you will get a working DNS API. You can also optionally used cloudflare as a registrar.

Is it possible to use an HTTP Challenge instead? That does not require modifications to your DNS records.

You cannot get a wildcard cert with HTTP Challenge but if your list of domain names is static and limited in number an HTTP Challenge can be fine and is often easier to setup.
