Error creating new authz :too many currently pending authorizations

My domain is: xxxx

I ran this command: ./certbot-auto renew --standalone

It produced this output:
Attempting to renew cert from /etc/letsencrypt/renewal/xxxxxxxxxxx.com.conf produced an unexpected error: urn:acme:error:rateLimited ::There were too many requests of a given type :: Error creating new authz :: too many currently pending authorizations. Skipping.

My operating system is (include version): debian jessie

My web server is (include version): apache

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: ovh

I can login to a root shell on my machine yes :

I’m using a control panel to manage my site : no, just the shell

Could you post your log from /var/log/letsencrypt?

Hi, today renew doesn’t work, but i force recreate certificate and it’s ok now!
