Docs page for lencr.org

I wanted to share that I created a short documentation page confirming that lencr.org belongs to Let's Encrypt:

Probably this won't be useful to anyone showing up here (since they will have already figured out it's us), but just in case anyone is curious about this new domain name showing up in their traffic, there is documentation.

Is it intended for lencr.org to mirror letsencrypt.org rather than redirect to it?

It is not - we plan to install a redirect to that docs page shortly.

I would have thought it to be pronounced like:

len-cr

len as in length, cr as in cur

not similar to the British insult like:

lan-cr

lan as in language, cr as in cur

Yep, this is how I pronounce it. I figure that's close enough to Lancre to qualify as "much like." My main goal is to let people know they don't need to spell it out.

It's a lot less amusing, but you could also suggest something like IPA /'lɛŋkɚ/

FWIW, you have canonicals set up in the HTML, so this will really only be a UX issue until you have the redirects, and there won't be any SEO implications.
