You have Asterisk using that port. We saw that with the ss command earlier.
That won't fix the problem. You need to decide which port you will make available for Certbot --standalone to use. And then configure Certbot and port forwarding (if needed) to use it. Or, as I said earlier just stop Asterisk so port 10005 becomes free, run certbot renew and restart Asterisk.
