I would like to know on which digital cert is suitable for Excel VBA project.

Hi,
The Let’s Encrypt certificate is not suitable for signing any files, because such certificate requires digital signature (and Let’s Encrypt certificate only have server / client authentication)
In this case, you should try to use a (free) Comodo email certificate or any commercial document signing certificate.
